On Friday,
May 2nd The Plimsoll Club participated in the Bank One Zoo-To-Do
benefiting Audubon Zoo. It was a beautiful evening under the
stars with excellent food and entertainment provided by K.C. and
the Sunshine Band. Our own Chef Ramon Nieves prepared Veal with
Boursin Cheese tableside and Dauphinoise Potatoes. Our food and
presentation were a big hit - we had one of the longest lines of
any of the restaurants. If you missed us this year, we hope to
see you in 2004.

The
holidays and cool weather may seem to be far in the future but
it's not too early to book space for Christmas parties at the

evening parties, so call Karen Eckman or Pam Babin at 529-1701

with the holiday spirit, we have a special offer for holiday
office luncheons during the month of December. We will give
everyone in attendance a complimentary glass of champagne with
dessert. In addition, we'll organize a drawing for a Plimsoll
Club apron colored royal blue with white lettering and piping.
This offer applies only to luncheons held in private rooms with
a banquet menu served. Group luncheons in the main dining room
or those selecting the la carte menu or buffet are excluded from
