The
WTC is receiving lots of positive feedback as more and more
members discover wonderful dining experiences and amenities at
over 100 reciprocal clubs in North America. As you make your
travel plans, be sure to remember these tips for utilizing the
reciprocal club program:
•
Contact Membership Assistant Carolyn Hightower at 529-1601 ext.
220 in advance so she can send a letter of introduction on your
behalf to the clubs of your choice. Please note that all private
clubs require such notification, while World Trade Centers do
not. Entrance to a club can be denied without the appropriate
introduction. Also, please take your membership card for proof
of identification and account reference number.
•
Contact the reciprocal club directly for dining reservations,
guest room accommodations (if applicable), and any other
pertinent information such as parking availability, preferred
method of payment and guest usage fees. Many clubs will bill
directly to your WTC New Orleans account, though there is a $500
credit limit for all transactions. If charges are anticipated to
exceed the $500 credit limit, special arrangements can be made
with the reciprocal club for direct billing.
•
View the entire list of reciprocal clubs on the "Members Only"
section of the website in a searchable format or refer to the
Reciprocal Clubs brochure which was recently mailed to you.
(Access to Members Only will require your password and ID, - if
you have forgotten yours, email pmichelini@wtcno.org)
•
Restrictions: Please note the reciprocal club program has been
designed as a traveling benefit. The policy does exclude a WTC
New Orleans member from using a dining facility in another city
if that member lives within 50 miles of the facility.
Please
contact the Membership Department if you have any questions
about the services, facilities or resources mentioned above at
529-1601 ext. 220 or 226.
