Buffet on November 12
Join
us at the Plimsoll Club for a luncheon buffet overflowing with delicacies
from Maine and the northeastern United States on Friday, November
12.
The
cost is only 18.95 per person. Our specialty buffets are always
sellouts, so reserve your tables now!
Note: Due to this special luncheon event, the a la carte menu will
not be offered.
To make reservations, call Mirela Hodge at 529-1701 between 9:00
a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and Marc Garcia from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Cancellations must be received by noon on Thursday, November 11
or full billing will apply. Remember to ask for your cancellation
number to avoid discrepancies.
To complement this "no-bib" feast, we will be offering
special wines by the glass, Quail Ridge Sauvignon Blanc at $3.00
per glass, and Cambria Chardonnay at $3.50 per glass.
As always, complimentary validated parking for four hours is available
in the WTC garage.

Plimsoll Club's traditional holiday fare of turkey and stuffing,
cranberry sauce, lamb, salmon, prime rib, and bountiful desserts
will top the buffet table for a Thanksgiving Day feast on November
25 that you won't want to miss.
To accommodate as many members as possible, the Club's seatings
will be at 11:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.
For your entertainment a classical trio will perform.
A balloon sculpture artist will also be on hand, especially for
the kids.
The cost of this fabulous event is $32.95 for adults and $12.95
for children under 10.
Make reservations early. This annual event at the Plimsoll Club
is always a sellout!

Early Menu Before Evening Out
Going to the theatre, the symphony
or just enjoying a night on the town? We offer a delicious Early
Evening menu from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays through
Thursdays when the a la carte menu is offered.
Our
Early Evening menu begins with starters such as crawfish cakes with
tartar sauce, grilled andouille sausage with turnip greens and black-eyed
peas, soup du jour and Caesar and Plimsoll salads.
Our
main courses provide a choice of Chicken Lafitte, Tilapia Pecan
or Veal Piccata. Desserts include carrot cake, sherbert du jour,
chocolate mousse or bread pudding with praline sauce.
The
cost is $14.75 per person. Two hours of complimentary validated
parking is included in this special price.

Christmas
is just around the corner and the time has come to book your holiday
parties at the Plimsoll Club.
We
have very few available weekend dates left for evening parties,
so please call Pam Corrigan or Dori Singer at 529-1701 right away
to reserve space for your holiday bash.
In keeping with the holiday spirit, we have a special offer for
holiday office luncheons during the month of December.
We will give everyone in attendance a complimentary glass of champagne
with dessert.
In addition, we will organize a drawing for a Plimsoll Club apron
colored royal blue with white lettering and piping.
This offer applies only to luncheons held in private rooms with
a banquet menu served.

Dress Code Requirements
As
a reminder to all WTC members, the Plimsoll Club's dress code requires
that all men wear a sports coat and slacks for lunch and a coat
and tie for dinner.
No jeans, shorts or skorts are allowed.
Please remind your guests and friends that these rules always apply.

Parking at WTC Garage
The
1,000-car WTC parking garage is conveniently located on Poydras
Street next to the Hilton Hotel and across the street from the WTC
Building.
The
garage is just steps away from Riverwalk and a five-minute walk
