Gone with the Wind: Back Issues

The Plimsoll Club cordially invites you to enjoy Family Fun & Fireworks on Sunday, July 4

Independence Day will close with a bang as you and your family view the spectacular fireworks display lighting up the riverfront from the unparalleled vantage point of the Plimsoll Club.

The informal buffet dinner will feature your favorite barbecue and Louisiana specialties. The evening begins at 7:00 p.m., and the fireworks are scheduled for approximately 9:00 p.m.

Enjoy our fabulous buffet, including assorted salads, jambalaya, crawfish etouffe, barbecue ribs, fried chicken and catfish, macaroni & cheese, hamburgers with all the trimmings, and a lavish selection of desserts, to name a few.

Musical entertainment will be provided by Pierre Descant's Cajun quartet. Caricature artist Bob Budro and a balloonist Dwayne Walker will also entertain the guests. And, of course, we offer the best seats in the city for the spectacular Independence Day fireworks extravaganza.

The cost of the dinner and full evening's entertainment is just $25.95 for adults and $12.95 for children under 10. Casual attire is recommended. Complimentary parking is available in the WTC garage. Just bring your ticket to the club for validation.
