Wine Tasting of 1999 on Saturday, January 30, beginning at 7:15 p.m.
Our theme is "The Wines of Burgundy." Wine expert Max
Zander will guide us on this gastronomical tour.
We offer you a sampling of fine wines, especially selected to
complement our gourmet menu. The cost of this elegant evening is only
$72.50 per person.

4:00 p.m. or Marc Garcia after 4:00 p.m. at 529-1701.
If you must cancel, please do so by Thursday, January 28 before
2:00 p.m. to avoid billing to your account.

This delicious buffet is only $15.95. Our specialty buffets
are always sellouts, so reserve your table now!
No French meal would be complete without an aperitif and we
offer Pernod for $2.25.
Note: Due to this special luncheon event, the a la carte menu
will not be offered.

Louisiana Trade Directory Details Exporters, Importers
The World Trade Center, in cooperation with the
Louisiana Department of Economic Development and the Delta U.S. Export
Assistance Center, is in the process of compiling data for the
publication of the 1999 Louisiana International Trade Directory.
The 1998 Directory contains 170 pages of more than 1,900 listings
of Louisiana exporters and importers, as well as a host of allied
service industries such as ports and airports, steamship agencies,
freight forwarders and customs brokers, international banks, chambers
of commerce, foreign consulates, consultants, attorneys and many other
categories.
If your company in Louisiana is engaged in international trade and
is not currently listed in the Directory, please call the WTC at (504)
529-1601, ext. 222, to receive your free listing.
Also, as a WTC member, your complete listing will be posted on the
WTC's website at http://www.wtcno.org.

Going to the theatre or the symphony? We offer a delicious Early
Evening menu from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays through Thursdays
when our a la carte dinner is offered.
Our Early Evening menu begins with starters such as crawfish cake
with tartar sauce, grilled andouille sausage with turnip greens and
black-eyed peas, soup du jour, and Caesar and Plimsoll salads.
Our main courses offer a choice of Chicken Lafitte, Tilapia Pecan
or Veal Piccata. Desserts include carrot cake, sherbet du jour,
chocolate mousse or bread pudding with praline sauce.
The cost is $13.95 per person. Two hours of complimentary validated
parking is included in this special price.

WTCA ON-LINE, the WTCA's Internet website (http://www.wtca.org) is a
one-stop trade information hub for posting and reviewing trade
opportunities, accessing valuable databases and communicating easily
with business prospects.
The site, which receives 2,000 hits each month, is a trade
catalyst among 300 WTCs worldwide. Additionally, WTCA ON-LINE
garners resources through strategic alliances with private sector
database and research vendors.
As a WTC member, you are able to post an unlimited number of
trade opportunites on the WTCA ON-LINE's Bulletin Board -- and read

charge.
